Update May 24th. I recieved emails from Tennille. They've been in communication with us. Waiting until we reach a resolve to give a final update. Moved my stars from 1 to 3 as they are communicating with me now. Update May 23rd I spoke to Tennille this morning. Currently waiting on the email correspondence that was said to be sent previously. Greenes tractor sent a guy they use on occasion for side work came out on the 19th and helped my dad put the tire back on and took the tractor back to their shop. I am not sure when we are due to recieve the tractor back. LS is refusing to warranty repair our tractor which the wheel fell off. The studs and lugs all backed out. Tractor only has 68.6 hrs on it. We are being blamed for it coming off. Greenes tractor in Sneedville TN won't answer the phone. Corporate refuses to call me back or even acknowledge that they recieved my email with the photographs that they requested. They told me that that should have never happened. Greenes says we can't get parts for that tractor, which they never said while we were trying to buy it. Spent $46k with these people and all we get in the end is blamed for something that could have ended badly. Save your money and aggravation and buy another brand of tractor. They do not stand behind their equipment and their customer service is lacking.
