Once again, UPS has failed. Package was expected on Friday by 7pm. Arrived in Greensboro early Thursday. At 6:30pm status changes to deliver on Monday now. Turns out the package left Greensboro Friday night, passed right by my house in Bear Creek and went to Southern Pines. Why??? You drove 45 miles towards me, then passed right by and went 45 miles in the opposite direction. I travel for work, have a very tight window to receive packages. Called them and told my only option is to have the package sit in my driveway for 3 weeks or have them hold the package for 3 weeks until I’m home again. But I’ll have to call every few days to remind them. UPS has consistently dropped the ball. I have not had an on time delivery from them in over 10 years. I’ve gone out of my way to specifically have everything go thru FedEx or USPS but I’ve gotten to the point I’ll just not do business with anyone that utilized UPS. It’s a sad day for a company when I recommend using USPS over them for shipping.

Don't even waste your time! Every place I have been to for mail service or called in this town or area has been horrible the customer service is disgusting, disrespectful, just nasty! I don't think I have ever given a bad review yet!! I feel bad doing it now but these places Aw horrible! There is another ups in town they are great the only place I will go for ups and usps try them first make this your last stop!

I wasn't able to find one when I needed it last week. When they called me back, it showed up as Restricted.

Check the ups website. Keep an eye out, something will show up. I know we need people for the AM shift.
