Wow. The reviews speak loudly to particular issues here. You should read them, they're sad but juicey. As for my experience. I came here with my wife today. We waited way past our appointment time. While waiting we overheard another patient get told her doctor's wait time was an hour behind. The receptionist eluded to this being "normal for a doctor that's so busy". Absolutely laughable. We call that greed and mismanagement in real life. The other patient was sitting near us so my wife asked her who she was seeing. It was the same doctor my wife was seeing. Soooo... Why would they have not let us know this when we checked in?

When i did go into the office, i was told by the receptionist that they didn’t know if i would be eligible and to leave my entire stack of personal records for review (monopolizing then from being taken to any other local doctors for scheduling) Considering i was only 4 weeks from my due-date, i had no choice but to try this route as i needed to be seen in a timely manor. When i was called back for scheduling a day later, i requested a female obstetrician at their next availability and was assured i was good to go. What do you know… a male doctor. I let them know my request (and even had them notate my file) and was given a male an additional THREE more visits, including my postpartum checkup. My visits were concise and served their purpose, i can’t complain about the doctors. Just hate when customer service / technical aspects of a business ruin the experience as a whole. 😕

I’d like to give a shout out to Dr. Richberg! He was the one who delivered my baby 6 months ago. He is such a great doctor! From my prenatal to post partum visits, he took his time to answer all of my and my husband’s questions. Very patient, compassionate, attentive, understanding and very thorough. He listens carefully to what you say before answering you and he also has a great bed side manner. He also makes you feel confident that everything will go well with delivery every visit and makes sure to inform you of possible solutions if there are even slight problems. As a first time mom, I was lucky to have him as my obgyn doctor. I had three doctors on rotation for prenatal check ups (Dr. Richberg, Dr. Katarowski, Dr. Pierce). Dr. Katarowski and Pierce are also good. I met with Dr. Richberg and Dr. Katarowski the most. But my husband told me he liked Dr. Richberg the most and was confident to have him deliver our baby and we were grateful that he was actually the one to be there when I got induced. My 6 month old baby just met him recently and took a picture with him when I had my post partum check up. Such a sweet and awesome moment! We are so grateful for him and the First Health Labor and Delivery team!
