BUYER BEWARE when purchasing tile from Buckhannon Mt. Pleasant. Paid $675 for tile that was uneven. I returned the tile and have been ignored since. So, Buckhannon now has the tile and my money. They don't care!! AVOID BUYING TILE FROM BUCKHANNON.

My wife and I walked out after the Asian lady tried to tell us that a porcelain tile was marble. I couldn't tell if it was a nefarious attempt to con us or just ignorance of the product. Nonetheless, we probably won't be returning anytime soon.
