Terrible Clerk staff, uneducated and slow. Standing here for almost 10minutes waiting to pay my parking ticket. No one is in front of me!

Worst experience ever. Was told by an office staff member that my child hood was my fault. I was homeless at 16 because my mother couldn’t afford to take care of me and because of abuse and neglect. Worked at a health food store 50hours a week to afford food. Had to drop out of high school because I had to eat. No child should have had to go through what I went through. The office staff is incredibly rude and caused a mental breakdown. C-ptsd is real and when you’re triggered there is little you can do about it. Please hire better office staff. Spoke to the officer manager with no luck. Went to the office and was rejected. How can I pay this ticket if the office staff is this terrible? This is repulsive.

It was not only beautiful but we came in and were a day late to apply for and be married, but their awesome staff took care of us anyway so that we could return home as Mr. And Mrs. In Charleston, anyone who is a notary has the authority to perform marriage ceremonies but we still thought better at the courthouse. It was very well maintained and just nice. I would sit on jury duty there any day.
