No smoking rooms & the room was pretty beat up. Definitely not worth the price. And no discount for staying 3 weeks. They still charged me for 2 days I couldn't even stay in the room due to power outage!

We checked in pretty late June 26, 2022. To my surprise, Sufi, did a great job checking us in promptly and he had a smile as he continued to help us. The room was very clean and up dated. Another plus is that they have free breakfast. Thank you, Sufi

We came in at about 8PM to the hotel, and there weren’t any luggage racks to be had. I am handicapped, so it’s difficult for me to even get in to the hotel never mind carry my own bags to the elevator. The room smelled like smoke when my wife and I entered it, and since she is allergies, it was a major problem. I went to the turn on the TV and it just didn’t work. I thought it was the remote control, but I then I manually turn the TV on and it still didn’t work. Also, there are only two tissues left in the tissue dispenser. The room itself was clean enough, but all these other issues will probably prevent me ever from staying at a comfort inn again. Unless, you can address these issues by giving me money back.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a hot breakfast and the breakfast area was very well stocked. I couldn't hear any other guests from inside our room. The only outside traffic we could hear was ones that had loud exhaust. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. We will be making sure we stay here again in future travels. Thank you!
