The people here were nice enough, but the sales process is very misleading. Make sure they show you available resorts on the website. If they won't do this, do not buy! They try to sell you on getting up to 2 weeks with 15,000 points which is true, but the amount of times and the places you can go are very limited. I was also told that there were weeks in Florida near Orlando for 17-18k points with 2 bedrooms and shown them in the book, but when I got my online access, they were closer to 30k+ per week for almost any resort in that area.

RMC handles check in and out for Spinnaker in Shipyard. We booked through RCI for an exchange. They called to confirm my reservation and I asked for an early check in. I was told to check around 3pm since check in was at 5pm. I stopped at 3pm and my townhouse was not ready. I tried again at 4pm, and then again at 5:30pm and my place was still not ready. My townhouse was finally ready at 6:30pm… I asked for a manager, and there was none there on Saturday check in to discuss my frustration. I was told one would call me on Monday and I never heard from anyone. Very poor customer service!

Management couldn't manage a one man grass cutting business. Horrible, attitude and really a 6 day rental when you can't check in until 8:00. Stuck with this company because our previous management sold to them.
