Only reason I’m giving one star is because I have to, my son moved in them knowing the apartment had bed bugs before, when they moved in we had throw out a brand new bed and get another one, they treated one time, well they still had them so they tried to make them pay it, was in farmed a couple times, they finally went treated again, then went looked for a 2 time. Long story short they did not do the right thing and get rid of them, they had to throw their living room suit out and other things. Witch myself they should of paid for!!! I have pictures of the bites on their kid’s, witch could cause health problems and the things had to get thrown out. And of the bugs!! They are very unprofessional…. They not understanding, they did not care that my daughter in law was in the hospital due to early labor while they was dealing with this issue.. I will be contacting the health department.

Very unprofessional. The worst place to live in Lavonia. I do not recommend. Find somewhere else to stay if possible.

Very hypocritical, will say you’re allow to do one thing then give you a violation for it. Have no communication skills with each other. Not understand once so ever. Will write a violation for every little thing. The employees do not let the owner know what is going on. Do not move here unless you want constant complaints.
