Can't say enough about what a great shop this is. I highly recommend it. Frank, the owner, is a phenomenal person to do business with. My son-in-law and I both just purchased Orbea Rise’s there and both got fantastic service and very reasonable pricing. If I could give it 10 stars I would gladly do so. If you are in the market for an e-bike (MTB, gravel, or road) you have to go there. Tell them Mark L. referred you. I get nothing for this but just want Frank to know what a great shop I think he runs.

This is the best bike shop! If you've ever even thought about trying an ebike, stop in and let Frank guide you through the process. A year ago, we were intrigued by the idea of an ebike but knew basically nothing about them. A year later, we are absolutely hooked! I've ridden over 2000 miles in my first year and I'm back to the weight I was in college. Ebiking is adding years to our life and life to our years! And I have to say in the subsequent year, they've been absolutely great about answering our questions and making modifications (like adding a color controller and a rack). I was honored to be the first customer to actually put enough miles on my particular kind of bike to have to get a new chain! I can't say enough good things about Piedmont ebikes. I'm a customer for life!
