Our flight was cancelled in Charleston, SC and had to re book in Charlotte, NC. Arrived with rent a car and welcomed. There was a mistake in the time we were supposed to return but the representative took care of us. Thank you

Pending resolution with insurance company. I have a hunch I was overcharged. Disappointed, but this may be resolved as long as the employees are able to see the error and make the adjustment.

Call & set-up in advance, they are more likely to do. It is also probably best to get this service at a larger location, not a "satellite office", which may only have 1-2 employees. But they do advertise this type of service inconvenience.
You may want to call the Enterprise associate at the airport to find out how to get a car during those hours.
Yes
Varies by type of vehicle. Compact cars are the cheapest at around $40-50 per day. And they can go upwards of $150 per day for luxury cars and SUVs. I rented a Toyota Camry which was almost $80 per day
Unlimited
They will pick you up and take to the rental office. They won't drop you off. https://www.enterprise.com/en/help/faqs.html
Not normally. But it may depend on the website where you are making the reservation. Some websites will alert you about the amount of deposit that is needed to rent the car in addition to fees, taxes, and daily rental.
Not required. Csrs @ Terminal.
Don't know. You can book without credit card and it will give you a pretty good estimate
No, but you will have to provide a confirmation number and airline for your return flight and there is a $200 charge on your debit card until the car is returned.
I think they charge a small fee for returning it to a different location than where you got it
I generally book online for rentals.
They will only check for proof of insurance if you decline theirs. Other than that, a license will suffice.
They do allow for dropping off at a separate location, but they charge around an additional $100 fee I believe.
I believe there is a drop box for the key so you can park car and put the key in lockbox. They mail you invoicevia email.
I believe Alison is correct, I was flying in and out and did not ask about a pickup. Just a sidebar like most websites they do not include insurance, fees and taxes which can more than double the advertised price.
