Living at Creekside has been a terrible experience! Getting maintenence to fix ANYTHING is a hassle. I have a ceiling fan in the master bedroom that is hanging by wires and the toilet in the master bathroom keeps running. I've put in at least 3 maintenence requests over the last few weeks and still nothing has been done. My water bill has tripled because of this issue. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can get out of this place!

Creekside was once a very nice quiet park,but with the new owner being a corporation their only out to make money and don't look after their residents or enforce their rules for living in the park. Definitely not a place worth living in. 💯

I am not quite sure, but if you do place a deposit hold on a trailer, do not wait 3 days for an approval. At Creekside, their refund turn-around can last up to 1 month.😡 Not safe to assume you will be approved. 😃 Good luck in your search.

There most likely are. The management there is very strict. You have to get permission from the office if you want someone to stay over night at tbe place you rent.
A few mobile homes in Creekside had fences in 2019...but they were grandfathered in. Once a home/lot was sold the fences were torn down.
What are you wanting to know? Are you meaning fees?extras like shed rentals? They might have washer an dryer rentals. I am just not sure what you are wanting to know. If its office hours Mon thru Fri 9 to 6. Sat 10 to 5.
There are always trailers for rent here.. turn around is high even with the background check. Rent is now $404 if you own the trailer or the amount on site for rentals. Rent has increased by $16 each year regardless of what occurred unless locked into a price by contract. Has been a a lot of black and mexican people huddling together in trailers here lately. Makes me believe they aren't doing checks on homes after initial setup with office. Don't believe the parents taking care of children in this park care either. See small kids running the roads, trash thrown around, and parents not even taking their kids to the bus stops in the morning. Good case for DSS to take children. Yes, just make sure you have good job time, your income an debt are good, and no bad landlord or felonys an that will be for both properties. They will help you if you have any questions at the office.
