One hour past my scheduled time and I still haven't seen a provider. Most offices - if you get there early they see you early Not here They will make you wait until your appointed time. They only test for covid 2 days a week, only at 1 location, and only for a few hours those days, but they won't see you for an exam until you've been tested. As a healthcare worker myself, with continued medical needs, this place is not suited to my family's needs at all. Not convenient, often takes days for an appointment even for acute needs. Here I si, once again, waiting to be seen because they are running behind.

The staff is mostly nice but they take months to send your bill and they always try to charge the full amount without running through insurance. I will be looking for another practice.

I can see why this place have poor reviews the doctor didn't even seem to care about my concerns. I didn't get blood drawn or my vitals checked, I eneded up going to the ER and was told the doctor prescribed and diagnosed me wrong. Glad I got a 2nd opinion
