I’ve been trying to resolve a medical issue since the end of July. While the issue is still not resolved I appreciate the care, time and listening that Nurse practitioner E.Paul had with me. She made sure all my questions were answered and offered possible solutions to my issue - in hopes this resolves my concerns. The previous reviews made me leery to come here but I’m glad I did. The front desk receptionists were kind to everyone that walked in and out. There was even a point where something went wrong with my checkin and the staff in the back came out and made sure I got seen. While I hope to feel better soon - if I ever need care from an urgent care facility I’ll come here again.

The receptionist were terrible. They didn’t greet anyone so making it confusing to approach them and then they just stare at you making you feel dumb when you are already in pain. Then they ask you to tell your symptoms and share your social security number with no privacy so the whole clinic can hear your private information. And then they say they can’t hear you, so your forced to yell it all out. The 2 women up front would talk the whole time and as soon as people walked in the door it was the silent treatment. They made a client wait a whole 3 min without saying hello, please wait. In the 3 min wait more people accumulated. By the time we got in to see someone the services were closed and we had to go somewhere else wasting our time. They said this was on the front receptionist who should have told us. The sad thing was, we knew the services we needed were available because we could HEAR EVERYONE’s needs and appointments. The nurse was nice enough to be empathetic and knew we had waited there for too long for no reason. The nurse was helpful… but the front is the main line and felt disrespectful.

They told me a echo was prior authorized (b/c im low budget and wouldnt not have come for the test had it not being prior authorized) and i would be good to go. Now I am being charged the full amount and being lied to when my insurance company said they have never submitted prior authorized at ALL. Now will be sent to collections for close to 900 bucks when im someone who ALWAYS pays my stuff on time.

Customer service is horrible. Walked out of the office today after waiting an hour in the room after my appointment time. Place was great to deal with and some of the people are awesome but the service sucks. Never going back again.

The lab opens at 6 am. I do know it used to.
Hi Melissa! The lab draw station is open 6am – 4pm, Monday - Friday
They do. At the Elms Urgent Care office.
I had to make an appointment when I got mine from them but across the street.
What time do they start giving xrays?
No, but you do have to have doctor's orders
Monday thru Friday 8am til 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am til 7pm for urgent care, first come first serve, no appointments. Bring a legal photo ID and insurance card. They charge the same as a doctor's visit, not urgent Care prices. Monday thru Friday 6am til 4pm for labs and testing
They have a website that can be used to contact your doctor or any one in the system. Google it!
Yes but you need a MRI order
Yes they do.. Excellent Techs
No, the lab draw station is Monday thru Friday, that is when they open @ 6am.
Yes, I went Sunday a few weeks ago. Not until 1030 did the tech come in though.
