This post office is unethical, unprofessional, and disappointing to say the least. A package of mine has been lost for over 2 weeks and of course when they say they will call you back or work with you to provide an update, it’s false. It’s disgusting behavior and I don’t know how people can act the way the do. You have to call AT LEAST 100x for someone to even answer the phone. And most of the time when someone does answer the phone, they’re rude. Their behavior is completely unwarranted. They don’t care about your lost packages as long as they send an email out that they’ll “investigate.” Do not ship anything with USPS. I’m betting someone stole my package bc it was “returned to sender” but never returned. Not sure how you lose a 25lb moving box but they have outdone themselves! Pat on the back to them.

Worst usps ever and no it’s not a worker issue one person working the counter on a Monday am line out the door …… maybe it is a work issue but it’s not his fault

This is the worst post office in North Charleston, I haven’t had mail delivered in 2 days plus one of the drivers stole my package and scanned it in back to the post office as if I requested it to be held which I didn’t, I go to the post office and they said it’s out on the truck to be delivered but it never came . DONT HAVE ANY TYPE OF PACKAGES OR IMPORTANT MAIL COME HERE!!
