Called there dispatch about a crazy lady walking in traffic and hitting peoples car and no one answered the phone. Waited 8 minutes and decided to give up. Makes you wonder how safe you really are. Thanks for taking our taxes and not doing work.

Depends on what kond of restraining order, But you need a good reason for getting one. As you will have to put this reason on paper then have a court hearing for it
