As of right now I would give them a zero if I could called to try and reschedule an appointment and can’t get ahold of anyone and leave message for call back with no success got a call from automated to confirm appointment and opted for the reschedule and still no call here it is the day after my scheduled appointment and still no call trued all day sitting on hold several times and no answer finally get through to answering service wife left message for call back and still no call very poor service

Extremely disappointed with all the staff here. I call and leave messages to get a call back and never do. I have to call the scheduling department in order to talk with someone and then have to wait hours before I receive a call back if I even do. The staff act like they care and say we will take care of it, you will be hearing from us shortly and then nothing is done. I am tired of the disrespectful way of service that me and my family have received from all the staff here. They have done multiple tests on my loved one only to come back with "Oh is it possible this is in your head?" Or "You have this vomiting syndrome and we are going to send in an antidepressant to fix it." Nothing has been done about that either. I feel as if me and my family have been discriminated against since we are on Medicaid and don't have some fancy paid for insurance or pay out of pocket like other patients do. If you want your problems solved DO NOT GO HERE.

Appointment set 3 weeks in advance. Appointment time 10:30. Came early and still waited about hour and never seen Dr. Chad. Will not make an appointment to seem them again.
