I had a completely different experience. I arrived at 4am and my ride didn't have to wait due to a late train arrival. My departure went smoothly and on time, as well. Sorry that you had problems. Sometimes the delay occurs because of boarding at previous stop.

No. The trains that sevice Yemassee only travel the East Coast between NYC and Miami. According to the Amtrak website, you'll need transfer twice to travel between Battle Creek and Yemassee (three trains total for the trip).

It about 2 hours all depends on the roads was train you going to be taking the train up north it always late I used to work for Amtrak
