I usually go to the Ridgeville post office but I try to avoid that at all cost. My gps took me to this location today and I am overwhelmed by the kindness Mr Arthur Rivers gave me today. He was willing to help me figure out my package situation without any judgement and he was kind all the way through. He offered some awesome inside for shipping artwork and I will forever remember the strategy. Intelligent man! Thank you for your kindness because I needed it more than you will ever know today.

Outside & Lobby are clean and welcoming. Staff is excellent, always friendly. The staff work hard to make sure I'm served in a quick and professional manner.

Delivery driver expects us to cut our mail box post shorter than codes allow for her convenience, every time the electric or insurance bills are in the mail the box is left open to be rained in, and packages are never put over the gate, have to drive half an hour to get there and can't take time off work so always have to cut into my saturdays because 6-7 steps is so much effort

This site offers convenient outside drop box and rental mailboxes. Office is closed for lunch from 1 pm to 2 pm. Lobby has a community cork board for local posting of interest. Update 05/29/20 What is going on? My mail is delivered with black grease?, ash and dirt with rub/burn marks all the way thru the envelopes to the contents inside. Don't even want to touch this mess. I have USPS Informed Daily Delivery Digest delivered to my email with pics and notifications of my letters and parcels to be delivered and I'm frequently not receiving important mail but the junk comes NP. I'm also receiving others mail from addresses miles away which I return to the post office. New employees??? Or disgruntled??? Sure starting to feel little passive aggressive to me.
