I hate coming to this post office. We can all understand and appreciate the work they put in for us to have mail, but the counter clerks can be really condescending. Especially if you're not sure of a service or what to do. One time I had a wonderful gentleman help me at the counter and have never had the pleasure of being helped by him again. I seem to always miss him when I stop by here. If I could be helped by him every time, I'd love to come here. But I will give my gratitude to my postal carrier. I check the USPS informed delivery every morning and the paper mail is always correct and in my box around the same time every day. Packages can be hit or miss. Especially when the last time I received a package bigger than my mailbox, it was just left on the ground beside the mailbox and not taken to my front door...

I have lived in Lugoff for for 26 years. Always had excellent service here. Sometimes slow when they only had one person working but the ladies are always very nice and helpful. I send off packages overseas at least once a month and they are great even though it takes longer to get it done.
