I had high hopes. The first night was fine. Then the ac from the room above us started to drip on ours, making that drip drip sound. I had my son fold a towel and stick it outside. Also the floor in our room became wet. Our last night there someone decided to smoke pot and fill the halls. Also the 3 rd shift desk person, was rude to my kids. He told them the lobby was not to be sitting in they were sitting and playing game if needed they would of moved and when I had my son go down to exchange the beer coupon for water he was told no I had to come down when I called the desk person knew exactly what I was asking so no he wasnt asking for alcohol. If there was a problem with the kids why wasn't I notified. The staff saw me walking around them. They knew he was in the same room. My other reviews have nothing to do with your review. As I said before the day staff and breakfast were great.

A very pleasant place to stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast area has a good selection of food that is filling. Only in a few hotels that are much bigger have I found a better selection of breakfast items. Another nice thing they have is a reading library that you can use.

Thank you so much for asking! We always want our guests to be rested and well fed before they leave for work. If you need to leave before the posted Breakfast hours just come to the Front Desk and speak with the Desk Agent and they will be able to help you. We may not be able to get you the hot item of the day but we always have frozen breakfast sandwiches available and we can get you what you would like from the fridge as well. Please never hesitate to ask our staff for anything we love to help!

Thank you so much for asking! Radisson the Brand is currently working on a new program for the properties and we are lucky enough to be one of the hotels to pilot the new layout! We are very excited about this. On any day you can get yogurt, cereal, string cheese, hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, milk, Quaker instant oatmeal, various juices, apples from our local orchard, bananas, mutligrain bread, bagels, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwhich and of course not one but 2 kinds of Belgium Waffles! We then rotate western omelets, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon & sausage through out the week. Hope to see you soon!!!

About 5 miles away. I think loopys has a shuttle bus that can pick up and drop off there as well
