Employees are friendly but definitely not my first choice for a pawn shop. The store is rather small and doesn't have a good variety of items to purchase, plus there's lots of things they don't allow you to pawn that any other pawn shop would. The main thing good they have going for them is they do have a very great variety of nice lawn care equipment!

I’ve used them about 2 times since moving to Reidsville the last time I sent my husband to pawn my wedding band. We lost our receipt but the first time we lost it we were able to use our ID and retrieve our item(a different ring). This time they go to say my husband isn’t in the system! That’s a lie because we pawned it there it’s not that many pawn shops in Reidsville we would know where we went. We searched and I just wish we could find our receipts! It’s the principal, that ring meant something to me we didn’t get a lot for it to be upset & he paid 200$ for my band BUT it was MY wedding band! Never going there again glad I didn’t trust them with anything of mine with real value. Keep up with your receipt if you go!
