Was in this store 4 times in a week probably for at least an hour each time trying to sign up for the promotion where you get a moto 5g for two months of there $60 plan. For the first three visits we jumped through multiple hoops trying to do a simple number port. When that was finally looking to be completed was told they dont have any more of the phone from the advertised deal. Finally just gave up as a major aspect of any cellular plan is customer support which while these workers seemed willing and attentive could not make that happen. Also they could have easily informed me from the get go that they dont have the advertised phone. In the end the lady working there then tried to convince me on a different phone that was a good deal cheaper than the $400 Moto 5G in the advertised promotion. Really wanted to try there service out as I have heard good things as its now owned by ATT but the feeling of bait and switch really was the final straw.

AVOID. COVID UNSAFE. Employee wore no mask. Talking to three unmasked customers while leaning around the plexiglass screen. Had to leave. A Covid SPREADER I will avoid. Went to Verona Road and had a great experience with safety.

Don't like giving bad reviews but here's facts: Liz & mgr Gail were awesome when I switched fromT-Mobile to Cricket. Got a lousy phone from them & went in 7 days later to upgrade & expected to PAY for better phone than the one I got initially & was told "Sorry, this is the 8th day & there's nothing we can do." That's bad retail customer service. Period. Nevermind that Liz opened the store late... I'll bet she ran to clock in on time & that's all that counts, right? Worst part is that Liz seemed to genuinely take joy in telling me my 7 day window had run out. This rubbed me wrong way & when I got home I called the store & asked to whom I would report complaint abt her & the store. Liz replied "You'll figure it out. Have a great day" & hung up on me. Thanks & no thanks, Liz.
