My wife and I lived in Stonewood Village for ~9 months, and recently moved out. Our experience from move-in to move-out has been great! The office staff has always responded to our calls & emails quickly. (Ben helped us out with most requests – he’s a great guy!) Even though some of the buildings may be on the older side, the property as a whole is very well maintained. (i.e. there was never trash laying around, the grounds are kept clean, etc.) We initially chose Stonewood Village because of their option for short-term leases. We would have stayed here if we weren’t moving to a new city! Thanks again to the whole team there.

The staff has been pleasant to work with. When I requested to have some things fixed in my apartment, the maintenance was on top of it. That really shows how good the property management company is. I also feel safe in this neighborhood. :)

2021 UPDATE AVOID AVOID BEWARE THIS PLACE! LIVED HERE 2 YEARS!!! We've only been living here for about 3 months so down the line I will update this review. The apartments are decent looking, but they could use tons of updating. Our first week here we had a issue with our water heater, and the first maintenance guy to arrive not only didnt fix anything but left a sorry excuse and completely ruined my bathroom rugs leaving my bathroom floor soaked in water. He wasnt courteous enough to remove his shoes either before entering. The maintenance manger was sent out, and the issue was fixed however we have yet to receive the credit for my property that was ruined promised to me by the office. We were told our washer and dryer were new, however only the washer was newer not new. We actually had to get the washer replaced for an actual new one within a month because of a defect. Office staff are nice and respond in a timely manner. We aren't very pleased by our particular neighbors, however the community of people here are fairly nice. The children's park could be better taken care of, and pest control should come around spraying buildings alot more often. There are so many bugs!! We also asked to not be in a pet building, although that was granted our neighbor has a "service dog" that just barks at children. I wish the staff was courteous enough to not put us right next to a dog after asking to not be in a pet building! Walls are super thin and you can hear your neighbors so everything! Overall experience HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED !!! Also, RENEE shouldn't be working in the office she gives wrong information and isn't a people person. UPDATE!! Almost 2 years later and unfortunately were still here, but my star rating doesn't change. Actually if I could give this place 0 stars 🌟 I would. From management down to maintenance down to the entire community itself save yourself and don't stay here. Glad were finally out of here April!

My wife and I have lived at Stonewood Village for a little over two years. Overall our experience has been great. The apartments are spacious and each has a private entry. This private entry is a surprisingly nice feature as it gives our place a homey feeling. They have a solid list of amenities: in unit washer/dryer, private balconies, air conditioner, and a shared pool and tennis court. They also have an online portal for rent payments and maintenance requests. Maintenance has always been more then helpful. Our dishwasher had a small issue a few months back and they ended up giving us a new unit later that day. Same goes for management. We were undecided on our lease renewal length and switched things last minute. Management was able to redraft our lease quickly and they were nice/helpful through the whole process. Our neighbors seem to be mostly families and young professionals. During hot summer days you can hear laughter from kids by the pool. It also seems like people stay here for longer as we’ve had pretty much the same neighbors, all of which have been cordial. Stonewood has been one of the nicer properties I’ve lived at. Definitely a place I’d recommend.
