Updated: Things seem to have returned to normal for the most part (see my prior review below). It's still by far our favorite place to eat in Fairmont. I'd also recommend asking to sit away from the main dining area with the bar if you're taking your kids. They have a decent sized dining room and there's patio seating, too. Now that staffing and to-go items are back and available, I can't recommend it enough. I am so torn about leaving a two star review for Copper House Grill because it's become our favorite restaurant in the Fairmont area. But something has happened that has caused things to change - I don't know if they simply can't find workers, or if people running the place are hard to work for, or what. But regardless, they don't have enough people to work. To compensate for this, they've removed their To-Go options. You can't order online or call in orders To-Go. And I'll be honest, while it might be nice for my wife and I alone on Friday for Lunch, I don't consider it, especially at dinner time, family-friendly. The restaurant is dominated by a large bar, and the bar patrons are having a great time. That means it's not great for small kids. That's fine, I'm fine with that, I don't want them to change that. But without the ability to order dinner to-go, we just don't go there now. Add to it that the last time we went (for lunch on a Friday) they have discontinued their bread bowls, which was our favorite part of eating there. So yeah. I just can't give it a good rating until things turn around.

Dropped by this place while in town for business. Glad I did. The Jamaican wrap and onion rings were fantastic. Staff was very welcoming and food was out fast. I’ll be back.
