My wife always takes her vehicle where Bradley is at he has always treated us with respect and been honest. I don’t have a Hyundai but I called Chrysler to set appointment and they said he was no longer there so I want go there I’m just leaving this review to let you know you have a shinning star and one of the best we have had the pleasure to deal with. My Santa Fe had some manufacturing issues, and ended up needing a new motor. Hyundai warranty is the BEST and the team at Taylor has always been awesome. This is my second Hyundai vehicle. My service rep, Danielle Slick, was super helpful and professional! She made the process of getting all of my paperwork together for the warranty easy, and she was able to get me a rental for the time I was without my vehicle. Our diagnostic test are $70 per half hour or $ 129 per hour. This fee is waived if you complete repairs at our shop. Thank you.
We follow all of the state mandated Covid requirements for an essential business, including social distancing, increased public area cleaning, readily available hand gel, and highly recommend mask wearing.
I told them about my turn signal randomly not working on 3 different occasions over 3 months apart and they said they couldn't create the problem even though I told them. This last time they informed me my car was now out of warranty so I still have the turn signal issue.

They do have a service department but dont be surprised if they aren't helpful. Their ratings online are low for a reason, as i have personally experienced.
Inhibitor switch has gone/is going bad. Take it to the dealership to get it checked.
