This is my second time using Brock's. Today my son had an appointment at 2pm and nobody showed, no email, no text, no phone call to let us know. The old lady who answers the phone is AWFUL she is rude and NEVER EVER returns phone calls. The instructor my son had last year was amazing he was great and that is the only reason I am giving two stars. The old lady is quick to take your $400 but you have to KEEP CALLING to get a schedule and then when you do they will no show! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

It depends on the training schedule. Classes typically range between 1-2 hours.
