Too bad there isn't a "no star" rating. Not a customer friendly service department or manager. From marking up parts 30%+ brought in from another Nissan dealer that we had to find ourselves, to ripping apart a car to replace that part and then saying that wasn't the issue and now we have no idea (on a Nissan car) what the issue is and we will not longer work on it. Took 10 days to get a written quote for work that they already did and 2 weeks from that point to get the work started. Place is a complete rip off and worst customer service ever experienced at any Nissan or other dealership. CONSUMERS, BE ALERT FOR SCAMS...

Did not inform me of the cost of diagnostics until after the work was performed. It is required that they inform me of cost before the work is done under the NC Motor Vehicle Repair Act. I will never take my car to friendship nissan again, nor will I ever purchase a car from any friendship dealership again. I will be informing my friends, family, and colleagues to do the same.

I had my truck serviced there today just as I have been doing for over 2 years. When I got my truck back I noticed a dent above the door that wasn't there when they took it back. They claim that it did not happen there and was like that when it came in. The dent is pretty big and I would have noticed it if it happened somewhere else. Not to mention that the service on vehicles has gotten horrible over the past year and it takes almost 2 hours for a simple oil change. After buying 2 vehicles there I can assure you I will not be going back for anything ever again.
