They are a life (Marriage) saver!!! I accidentally broke my wedding ring and my husband was livid! I took it to the original jewelry store we purchased it from to get it fixed (being as I purchased the extended warranty) and they were trying to charge us a RIDICULOUS amount to fix it. I googled jewelry repair near me and David's was the first to pop up...THANK GOD because they are wonderful. They are beyond reasonable and they have the BEST customer service. Matt was concerned about my warranty with the previous jeweler and called to get a second opinion on my ring just to make sure I was properly taken care of. I recommend them 100%....and that's a lot coming from me because I'm hard to please!!

What a wonderful atmosphere! I went in this morning to have a battery changed in my Michael Kors watch. Before arriving at the store I googled a jeweler in the Irmo area that was capable of rendering that service. David’s Jewelry popped up among others. I noticed the open time was at 9:00 so I proceeded out the door. Upon arriving at 9:02 I entered the store and was told they did not open until 9:30. I told the young man that I googled and it said 9:00 and I would wait until they opened. He asked me what I came in for and I told him. At that time he took the watch from me and changed the battery. I told him while I was there I had another Michael Kors watch I had not worn for 2 years because it was to large. He took the links out or hat and then told me it was on the house. I will send everyone I know who needs a jeweler. Now where can you find customer service like this anymore! Thank you David’s Jewelry. Such a nice man with a wonderful personality!
