No, they don’t do long term rentals. Their primary customers are tourists visiting Historic Downtown Savannah, and they don’t have room for long term renters.

I think we paid $81 a night for a holiday weekend. Not sure normal rate.

Very close to everything. As noted above, 15 minutes with several different routes to get you there.

I'm not sure of the year round cost, but you will not find a better place. My wife and I just spent a week there. Loved it !

Yes, a nice grove right in front of the office (& washrooms, etc.). No water tap or electric plugs on those sites.

Probably about 15-20 miles, but with traffic, will take about 45 min. Go early, parking is BAD on Tybee Island, you have to pay to park anywhere. We go early, park, go eat breakfast, then go to the beach.

Not a big crowd at Red Gate.Very quiet except for railyard nearby. Train whistles woke us up each night. Pretty place though.

Also we took a cab...very inexpensive we walked around and took a cab back...that way we were on our own timeframe
