You can bike around the camp grounds safely, but the rest of the area is some what rural with no bike lanes, and worse in the city, too much vehicle traffic.
There is plenty of roadway (unpaved) to walk or ride on, but I don't think there are bike or walking specific trails.
Not at campground. We rode our bicycles through Savannah
Yes but it is a camping area plenty of back roads
