The lady I spoke with on the phone, Katherine was very kind. I made an appointment to sell a pair of shoes. The day of my appointment I come in and inform the lady standing there I spoke with Katherine and had an appointment. She says “I’m Bentley, yes that was me” I was confused bc I spoke w a Katherine so she retracts her statement and says you spoke with Katherine but I’ll be helping you today. Which is fine I didn’t mind, but her tone was just rude. I was going to sell the shoes there but regardless of what the offer price was I knew I wasnt going to simply because of Bentley’s attitude. I took my $800 shoes and left. I’m going to keep them after all (: and a lesson for me was learned.

Went in to sell a pair of shoes and unfortunately they don’t have the market for them, but I ended up finding a perfect condition LV wallet. Great customer service. Will definitely shop there again.
