There was a dirty diaper on the beach at the pond, next to a rock, the pool and the pond were extremely busy at all times. The tent site was full of trash when we got there. The place appears to be ran by teenagers and it shows. Weirdly the sheriff was cruising through regularly and an ambulance appeared to pick up a few people. “Christmas in July” was underwhelming, so was the light parade. Folks started lining up for the tractor ride like 40 minutes early. Don’t get lost, there are single lane gravel roads with a 5mph speed limit, I got yelled at by some “property owners” while driving less than 10mph. This world is really what we make of it, but I wouldn’t recommend spending hard earned money here.

Great location. Tent area is great as long as they are not full. Pool bathrooms never appeared to be cleaned, but the bathrooms by the rv's were very clean. Office/store hours kept changing on a daily basis. No ice or wood available.

Great place to camp, swim, and play games. Has everything from shuffle board to horse shoes along with the equipment to play them! I come back every year!

This is a well-maintained and well-managed campground. The grounds and amenities are fantastic and we felt like the price for a night came with a lot of fun! Pool is clean and pond was also very nice with great inflatables! My whole family enjoyed our stay!
