The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They greeted everyone who came in, even if they were busy serving other customers. They also showed great patience with those of use who are less than experts with any tech. Ineeded to transition to T-Mobile from Sprint. Jay helped me, and he worked with me for a long time: it turned out that I was the one who made what should have been an easy process difficult because I forgot I had a pin number already. Jay maintained his friendly and professional demeanor throughout: he worked very hard to ensure I was getting the service and products I needed. This is the place to go for your T-Mobile needs.
