God awful 😖 customer service. My cable box went out and would not power on. I took the box back to the store and the associates waited until I signed in to kick my wife and I out the store saying they were close. We are completely done with spectrum.

Yes that is where their new location is, but they temporarily move back to their old place for a few

Can I swap out cable box at the Mall Circle location, or only on North Road, Orangeburg?
