Loved this hotel, rooms are a great size and super clean. Staff and Management, specifically Amy was wonderful and super sweet and attentive...this was the first time visiting west Virginia. We requested extra blankets and got them right away. Breakfast was delicious, waffle maker a plus. there was no pressure from the staff to hurry even though we were there just a few minutes before it was over. Looking forward to returning to West Virginia love everything from this hotel close to everything I do recommend this place.

The hotel was so nice and beds comfy until I found bedbugs in my room. Such a frustrating and disappointing time to have to change hotels at midnight. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
