This Company values and appreciate your business but they don't value and truly appreciate the hard working Drivers, Residential Toters, or Mechanics who really keep their company going. It's 2022 not 1956 and these hard working individuals can't enjoy the luxury of Direct Deposit, 401k, and decent uniforms but yet this company is raising prices on customers to benefit who?? For a company to be in business this long I would've expected a more better outcome but now I see why this company can't keep decent workers. Much Respect to all Drivers, Residential Toters, and Mechanics without y'all ABC Waste would just be a Waste. Huge Disappointment!

I put my garbage out at 7:00AM on the pickup day and the garbage was not collected. I called and asked why it wasn’t collected and Michelle said they were by at 6:53 and that they would be coming earlier during the summer months. I asked if they could come back by and collect the garbage as both cans were full. They refused and said it would be the following week. I asked them to cancel the service and she said fine, leave the cans out and we’ll pick them up. I guess for a cancellation they can come anytime.
