The women's dept is a disaster. Can't find Kim Rogers in small, medium, large; only petite and 1x plus. Everything else is mixed together. No one on customer service desk. I'm very disappointed. Used to walk in the store and find what I wanted. Clothes on floor; sizes all mixed together.

unfortunately due to Covid19 all fitting rooms are still temporarily closed but they usually have a pretty speedy returns/exchange counter! :)
