Had a lady from Sunset Memorial Gardens call and threaten to not allow our Grandmother to be buried if they didn’t receive their money by the end of the day (days before the burial). This was the money for them to open a grave and then complete the interment. The lady was very ugly to someone who had a recent loss. We live nearly an hour away and had planned to bring the payment the next morning. This lady called at 2 pm and said she had to have the money by the end of the business day “if we wanted to have a funeral”. Very disrespectful to a family during a time of mourning. If you have the option to work with a different place of interment then I recommend doing so.

We had a peaceful, pressure free experience planning our loved ones final resting place. The staff was so kind and helpful during our time of need. We mostly dealt with Ruth. She is a very sweet and knowledgeable lady. We were not pressured at all. The spot we chose is perfect. Ruth gave a lovely tour of all the options available. The memorial plaque is beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend Sunset Memorial Gardens.
