I'm extremely unhappy with this situation, they have shut the pool down for the winter time, but they have not given me a 50% discount on my membership, which I should get, because the pool was half of the reason I was going to the YMCA in the first place

Shout out to Caroline who registered us and gave us a tour and to Warren who gave us a pickle ball lesson on the fly. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Lots of different machines for weight training- everything you need. Can't wait to make the Y a regular part of my week!

Hello Sir Thank you so much for your super quick reply, no worries on that. However, is it possible to at least leave the Studio door open while riding, (No music playing) to allow for ventilation. Thanks
