Savannah Mission Bible center was my seventh attempt at getting clean. My intentions were to get off of drugs when I came there. I did that but there was much more important things that happened to me while I was there.What I have been missing my whole life was a personal relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I honestly never knew exactly what that meant until I came to SMBTC. This place truly changed my life. I’m not giving credit where credit is not due either. The Lord uses this place in a divine way. I’ve seen so many lives changed. IncludingNot only mine, but my family’s, as well as many other people and their families. It seemed like rehabs had become a revolving door in my life. This isn’t your typical “rehab” and there are things that happen behind those doors that can only be explained as actions from God. One of the best things about this place, is there’s no time limit on when you need to leave. After my eight months as a resident, I stayed on for staff training. All the staff have been through the program, and they all help counsel the residents and are able to understand how It is to go through the program. I’ve seen the hand of God work in ways that can only be explained as miraculous. I’m so grateful the Lord brought me to Savannah Georgia at such a critical time in my life and allowed me to be a part of SMBTC.

I didn't graduate the program because I had a tremendous amount of things going on outside of the mission, BUT I was there for over 4 months and it's a great place to go and learn how to conquer yourself so that you can be the absolute best you can possibly be. Its a tightly scheduled program but it's for a reason and it works, the blessings and the changes I've seen made in folks while I was there was incredible, just goes to show that our God is a great and loving God. You gotta have an open mind and a willingness to change your ways if you plan on succeeding in life, this is a great stepping stone in that right direction for your eternal life in peace and in love

A person in the program is not permitted to have a vehicle here.
Yes. We have designated areas and do not forbid smoking.
Call the mission
No a person cannot work a job while they are here those payments will have to be deferred. We can write letters to help with this if need be.
Our building layout isn't the best to accommodate a woman with a child but we can refer them to other Mission Teens centers that are better able to handle those special needs such as Michigan and Indiana.
