I moved out a few months ago and was told I would receive my full security deposit back and even got my statement showing my receipt. Since then I have called over 50 times, left voicemails, and even emailed but they will not answer my phone calls/emails back. I now live out of state and cannot drop by to talk to them. It’s very unprofessional to just keep someone’s security deposit when they are supposed to receive it. While living there I had no problems at all and it was a nice neighborhood but they changed management right as I was leaving and now I am happy that I left when I did. Great apartments and nice location but management never answers their phones so you will not receive back what your are entitled too.
