I’ve lived at Indigo for 1.5 years and cannot think of even one negative thing to say. Melissa and Chexbres go above & beyond. They’re super professional, kind, personable, and timely. I truly was so spoiled here. The pool was amazing, everyone uses the free coffee, and the clubhouse is great to study in. Maintenance and pest control is super prompt too. Additionally, it’s very clean and beautifully in a prime location by the riverwalk. I’ll really miss it once I move to Charlotte!

Angela was incredible through the leasing process and so helpful in making everything seamless! Update: Great office staff with apartments can be hard to find, but Chexbres has been an amazing communicator with us! Update: Everyone from office staff to the maintenance team has been great to work with - always super friendly and quickly resolve anything that pops up!

I've lived in 4 apartment complexes, and Indigo surpassed any expectations that I had while I lived here. Chexbres and her team took very good care of me, and helped me with just about anything and everything that I needed to discuss with them. Every time I walked in the office, they knew me by name, and not just by my apartment number. Maintenance requests were received and resolved usually in less than 24 hours time and done RIGHT the first time. The amenities are fantastic as well. I'll miss living here and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new home!
