We love it here! The membership is worth it! It’s always clean and well maintained. The some of the teenage “refs” play games with my kids if it’s not busy. The manager is friendly and quick to resolve any issues brought to her attention. We are excited to celebrate another birthday here soon.

PLACE NEEDS TO TREAT ALL EMPLOYEES THE SAME AND NOT SHOW FAVORITISM! HOW COULD YOU FIRE ONE INDIVIDUAL DUE TO A GOOGLE REVIEW WHICH YOU CLAIMED WAS A COMPLAINT BUT THERE WAS no PROOF! And YOU SAID THERE WERE SEVERAL VERBAL GIVEN TO THE EMPLOYEE BUT YET YOU HAVE NO WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION TO CORRECt THE INCORRECT BEHAVIOR!! But YOU HAVE ONE EMPLOYEE ON A GOOGLE REView CAUGHT RED HANDED WITH HIM ON HIS PHONE AND A BAD REVIEW BUT YET HE IS STILL EMPLOYED! WHEN MENTIONED RACISM YOU (MELANIE MILES) STATED that that’s not so! SO IF THATS THE CASE I NEED PROPER DOCUMENTATION TO JUSTIIFY THE ACTIONS OF WHAT LEAD TO THE DECISION OF TERMINATION SINCE YOU WERE “tooo busy” to pull the paper work that supported your decision. BUT NOT TO BUSY TO FIREOR SHALL i SAY “LET GO” AN EMPLOYEE WHOS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY OVER A YEAR! PLEASE SEND SUPPORTING FACTS OF THE TERMINATION OR HAVE SOMEONE OVER YOU CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AS THIS IS VERY UNFAIR!

I believe under the age of three is free and they have a ball pit and a small trampoline area for younger kids there are some older kids that like to go over there and bombard them you just have to watch out for that but I take my 3-year-old and she absolutely loves it
What was not stated on the website is that you need a membership for EACH member of your family. So it’s $10 per person in your family a month.
