As far as customer service goes, the young lady at window 4 for John Walsh IV, MD was very rude. She acted as if you were bothering her when asking her questions about questions on the IPad. My husband had surgery the day before and to be seen due to a issue. People come here for surgery and etc. and expect pleasantries when in a professional setting. This is sad and makes Prisma Health have a bad name due to their employees.

I called for an appointment for the first time with my 3-year-old daughter who is having trouble going to the bathroom, vomiting and not eating well. They gave me an appointment for August 24. I explain that I can't attend because I'm pregnant and that's the day they gave me to give birth. They did not want to help me at all the translator treated me terrible !!!! It is incredible that explaining my situation they do not put themselves in my place as a stressed mother because I do not know how to help my daughter. I only asked them to help and they only told me we can cancel the appointment.

I am very disappointed in the services that I have experienced. I drove all the way to Columbia from Kershaw on Friday to see Dr. Walsh and a sign on his check in that he was not seeing patients today. I did not receive any phone calls or messages on my voice mail to inform me differently. The last visit, I was seen by the PA and told she really did not know what to do and wanted me to see Dr. Walsh. I called the appointment line after leaving and asked the young lady to have the office manager call me and I still have not received a call as of today. I work for a doctors office and just disappointed in the care.
