This is one of the worst clinics. Dr. Trevor Morris was the dishonest, disrespectful person that I worked with, along with some so-so staff. He barely listened and unnecessarily added and used the information without consents. He disrespected our health and attacked our personals. He and the staff repeatedly peer pressured us, demanded to know that something had nothing to do with our health or them personally. He and the staff forced putting patients in the camera room without consents. Having the camera in the room to spy us whether patients know or not is unacceptable and illegal. They violate our privacy and rights. They decided to kick us out after making complaints and concerns. Even though, they allow us to express our feelings. They kick out and ban us. That's mostly nonsense. They lie, threat and falsely report, repeatedly. Don't trust Dr. Trevor Morris and the staff, and this company. Don't trust their words. They will deny or screw us over eventually. The department defends the doctors and the staff who do the wrong things to patients. They are unforgiven. I hope someday, anyone or karma will punish them. By the way, those doctors are temporary and medically practical through studies and experiences. They may stay there in the office between 1 year - 4 years. After that, doctors leave, new doctors come in. If you look for a long-term doctor, go find a different doctor in a different place. This company, Prisma Health Family Medicine at Colonial Dr is not right for you. However, you are welcome to try this. Good luck, patients.

DR.CRAMER MCCULLEN and his staff are very respectful and on top of things. The offices looked clean to me. Dr. McCullen got some labwork done very quickly, compared to previous doctors.

Prisma Health Family Medicine is the best hands down. The receptionists are wonderful and Dr. Nodelman is the greatest and everybody and everyone should come and try them out. I highly recommend them and Thank you Prisma Health Family Medicine for everything!!!!💊💉🚼♿🚭🚮☑✅✔💟💯🙏🏥🚑🚐🚫🆔

Nurses and lab, supporting staff are quite nice; my current regular doctor is inexperienced and relies heavily on CDC public notices. Exam rooms are dirty -- the blood pressure cuff was covered in what looked like dry skin flakes, and so was the counter. My last PCP there was excellent, but they leave once they're done with their residency/fellowship? I was assigned to my current PCP this year. She did not want to do a full thyroid panel (performing only a TSH when I'd asked for a full, though I have a preexisting thyroid issue) or an adrenal screen to quickly rule out some potential causes for symptoms that have progressed over the past year, and instead argued hard to begin treating me for depression. I asked about the course of treatment, and she wants to prescribe SSRIs -- despite my bad reaction to tramadol (a pain killer with an SSRI component) and that I don't feel particularly depressed. "But the brain is really good at causing problems" was her explanation. I expressed concern over the often 3-4 month trial to see if those meds achieve the desired effect, and then the sort of "drug carousel" of switching meds, amounts, and having to correct side effects with additional prescriptions, that I'd seen family and friends experience. I expressed apprehensions my fatigue could have a different underlying cause this would convolute and mask. All of which was dismissed as internet disinfo. So. I'm looking for another primary now lol. If you want a PCP who approaches your healthcare as though they're a psychiatrist, this could be the place for you?

How do you get them to change the way a claim was submitted to your insurance? Or file a complaint? I've called the office multiple times.

You have to keep calling

I posted an Appointment Request on the website, since I have no Primary Care Provider. How long does it take for them to give a call back and schedule an appointment?

I would say go ahead and call to schedule your appointment because they never respond to the appointment request online. I never had any success doing so, and just a little fyi...Dr. Walters side is the best side, a little more professional then Dr. Elliot's side and even though all the doctors are awesome, the staff is a little unprofessional on his side.
