I tried to call and get some sewing instruction, willing to PAY but you just cannot pay for some simple sewing advice anymore! My advice, get a new phone receptionist, she seems to want you to lose business. I can’t argue with people to take my money.

$79.95 is what they charge to service a machine. Unless they need an extra part, that includes repair of most issues. Several days to a week turnaround. And yes, the ladies are very nice. :)
