Our VW has been there for over 4 days. We had it towed in to just reconnect a new battery. I have left several messages. Text to service department. Even had a chat session. And still no call back on anything. Not even an update if the car is there. So I will drive by and comb the parking lot for my car. UPDATE: 9/30- I've left a message and email for the Service Director- that was 9/26, still haven't heard from anyone.

Best to make a appointment because base on work flow if you come in with out one it can be 2 or 3 hrs with a wash.
Most times you will receive a loaner if you qualify under your age, sometimes vehicle mileage and year model. Out of convenience though many dealers try to give you something to drive even if you do not qualify if they have to keep your vehicle a while. However dealers are not getting any new inventory to put on the lots from the US having a chip shortage so they are taking them out of loaner service to sell.
It cost ~$90 for my last oil change. They put synthetic in. I'd expect that.
