Occasionally we can perform same day service, we normally we keep enough containers, trucks and staffing for next business vs higher rates for same day service. Drivers are irresponsible with communication and don't have a care for the customer by pulling off with an EMPTY container to be dumped and be gone with it half the day. They suppose to come everyday but end up skipping days and take 3 hours to show up once notified.
