Zach in the office is great. New owners not so much. Not willing to do much for the customer.

Zack was so helpful and kind. My daughter rented a unit for me and it sets pretty high off the ground. Zack went and got wooden steps from in front of another unit and brought them over so I could unload my items into my unit while I had help. He went above expectation. I recommend Go Store It for his customer service alone.

Well it’s a storage place if you have a trailer or a big truck a long one it’s not a good place to actually rent a storage because the drive is so bad he is so uneven is bad the back into one of your units is tough
