I had the unlimited washes per month and it was not worth the price. Sometimes I'd have to run my car through their ultimate was 3 or 4 times to get the small dust and road grime and bugs off of my car. I went once to 2 times a week. Their brushes do Not clean your car right. They did have free vacuums and that was a very nice service one wide and one narrow vaccum attachment which kept my inside car clean . 1 thing I hate is when they try to get you to pull forward when there's 5 feet between your bumper and the one in front of you with their employee standing between the 2 bumpers.

My husband drove his truck through this car wash, when it came to the part at the end of the wash where the blowers dry your vehicle, the blowers knocked off his side mirror. Granted THIS IS A BRAND NEW TRUCK. He was told to file a claim with their insurance however it probably would not go through due to them not being reliable for the DAMAGE THAT THEIR WASH HAD CAUSED and stated it was probably broken to begin with. I spoke to apparently two managers their stating that our truck had previous damage that we were responsible for and that was why the claim got denied. HIS TRUCK NEVER HAS HAD ANY DAMAGE SINCE HE HAS OWNED THIS VEHICLE AND AGAIN THIS IS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE . The first manager that me and my husband spoke to was very uncaring, incredibly rude and seemed she did not care about our issues and was unwillingly wanted to help other than give me her higher up manager. To me, it seems like they were blaming us for the damage. When i spoke to the other manager she was nice i guess but again, not wanting to OWN UP TO THE FACT THEY DAMAGED MY HUSBANDS VEHICLE. I have never heard of a place damaging your vehicle and stated that they did not and would not pay for the damages. I am absoultley beyond mad and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. So if you want to save your car from damage, and save yourself the headache of dealing with people who don't care about your vehicle DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH. ABSOLUTELY UNEXCEPTIONABLE.

Don't go here the wash took my mirror off my brand new truck and denied to fix it! Absolutely a terrible experience

Good car wash, however, I feel the workers could pay closer attention to detail with tire rims and lower section of the cars. It has been my experience over time that they do not pay close attention to quality washes with their hand brushes before going into the automated system based on certain vehicles and who is driving them. This is a bit disconcerting. I've experienced this a few times and complained once. To the managers credit he satisfied my complaint and personally gave attention to areas that were neglected. Quality should be consistent! Workers should pay closer attention to detail. Quality work will keep customers coming back!!
